AMD responds to rumors about the RX 9070 and promises higher performance than announced
, by Quentin
In an interview with PCWorld, Frank Azor, Chief Architect of Gaming Solutions and Gaming Marketing at AMD, reacted to the recent leaks about the performance of the Radeon RX 9070 GPUs.
According to him, the rumors surrounding the RDNA 4 architecture and its capabilities fall far short of the actual performance that this new series will offer. Frank Azor assured that the results announced by these leaks are inaccurate, and that users can expect far better performance.
This shows that AMD is confident on the power of its new graphics cards' range. It remains to be seen whether this will prove to be true and whether the products will really live up to gamers' expectations.
