Analysts estimate that GTA VI will generate more than $3 billion in its first year in the market

Although we didn't get a second trailer this year, Grand Theft Auto VI is getting all the attention still and is one of the most eagerly awaited game in 2025.

But prior to this, DFC Intelligence, an American company specializing in video game market research, has posted an analysis of the game's potential success on release.

According to this, GTA VI would generate $3.2 billion in the first twelve months after launch. What's more, pre-orders could be worth a billion dollars already.

According to Yoshio Osaki, CEO of IDG Consulting, GTA VI will be "one of the biggest entertainment launches in history, not just in games but for all of media."
