According to analysts, the Switch 2 could sell between 15 and 17 million units next year

DFC Intelligence, a research and consulting company specializing in the video game industry, has published its report and forecasts for the 2024-2025 market.
It seems Nintendo should be the big winner in terms of sales next year, and all thanks to the Switch 2. The new console could sell between 15 and 17 million units, thanks to early availability and not that much hardware competition.
They go even further, forecasting over 80 million units sold by 2028. The next Xbox or PlayStation 6, on the other card, won't seem to increase Sony and Microsoft's market share.
Given all the anticipation and excitement generated by Nintendo's next console even being officially shown, all these analyses are hardly surprising.
