Torn Banner Studios (No More Room in Hell 2) announces layoffs

No More Room in Hell 2 was released on October 22. It's a cooperative action-horror title for up to eight players, but sadly, it wasn't that great of a success...

Steve Piggott, CEO of Torn Banner Studios, has confirmed that there has been some layoffs in his teams.

"Today, I'd like to share some bad news with you from Torn Banner Studios. We have taken the very difficult decision to restructure and reduce some of our talented staff."

"As a totally independent and self-financed developer, we face many challenges. Our team is navigating this process with great care and appreciation for those involved. Torn Banner Studios would not be what it is today without the dedication, passion and achievements of these great people."

However, development of No More Room in Hell 2 will continue as intended, as version 1.0 is still scheduled for 2025. The servers for Chivalry 2, the studio's other game, will remain active.
