Smilegate is financing Absurd Ventures, Dan Houser's new studio

South Korean video game developer Smilegate has chosen to invest in Absurd Ventures. Although the name isn't that well-known as of now, it's a very promising studio by Dan Houser, the co-founder of Rockstar Games.
Smilegate, the company behind Lost Ark, has signed a "strategic investment" with Absurd Ventures with the aim to "create vast and sustainable global business oportunities" for both companies.
This will allow Dan Houser's teams to create ambitious AAA games for years to come.
