Fabrik Games is no longer property of Sony

In September 2021, Sony announced the acquisition of Firesprite. Shortly afterwards, the British company in charge of Horizon: Call of the Mountain announced the acquisition of Fabrik Games, yet another Manchester-based studio.
As of today, it's safe to assume that this company has been resold by Firesprite. On its website, Fabrik now mentions "designing innovative titles for Android platforms within the Android Studios family", and among the developed projects, there's only PromoXP: DealPlay.
Although we have no official announcement, it's pretty clear Fabrik Games has become independent once again.
