A Western Digital storage expansion card for Xbox Series will be released
, by Thibaut
At their launch in November 2020, the Xbox Series X and S were accompanied by storage expansion cards designed exclusively by Seagate. They allow for an additional 512 GB or 1 TB of space on these machines. Unfortunately, these devices are often criticized for their very high prices. Without promotion, the 1TB version costs 249.99 euros.
Fortunately, competition should soon drive prices down as Western Digital will soon offer its own cards. In this case, the Western Digital C50 1TB model will be sold for $179.99 (about 165 euros). This is a more affordable option than the competition. No release date has been given yet.
