Microsoft launches a new AI-assisted chatbot for Xbox Insiders in the US

Microsoft is starting to apply its new artificial intelligence-assisted chatbot, called Support Virtual Agent. It is currently limited to Xbox Insiders residing in the United States, pending a wider launch planned for an unknown later date.
This assistant aims to help Xbox players to solve their gaming support issues more efficiently. If the chatbot is unable to answer a question, it can redirect the user to a live support agent, as long as it is within Xbox Support service hours.
