The original team behind Call of Duty's zombie mode may return in 2025

The team behind the zombie mode on "Call of Duty: World at War" could, according to rumors, be making a comeback in Call of Duty 2025.
This information comes from people who took part in test sessions for next year's episode, where it was revealed that the original creators of the zombie mode were mentioned.
We also know more about this new zombie mode to come. The scenario would focus on a new enemy seeking to absorb the Black Aether essence of the four original characters and bring back the old multiverse.
The main map would also reportedly be inspired by “Tranzit”, with a whole system allowing us to navigate the map. In total, the mode could even include 6 zombie maps throughout the Call of Duty 2025 lifecycle.
