The laptops with an RTX 50 may lack the latest CPUs from Intel and AMD

According to the leaker Golden Pig Upgrade, future laptops with an RTX 50 GPU are likely to rely on previous-gen processors, such as an AMD Zen 4 or an Intel Core HX from the 14th generation.
AMD just released the Ryzen 8000 series, an update from its Zen 4 processors, and Intel launched the 14th gen Core X. There's more to come in 2025, notably with the Ryzen AI 300 Max based on the Strix Halo APU. Intel also plans to launch the Arrow Lake-based Core Ultra 200H and HX during the first quarter of 2025.
However, demand for these is expected to be low among the gaming laptop creators, who will go for models with higher TDPs and core count.
