At long last, Giant Sparrow (What Remains of Edith Finch) teases its next game

Since its foundation in 2009, Giant Sparrow has released just two games, but both have made quite a lasting impression. We are talking of The Unfinished Swan and What Remains of Edith Finch. These games had really gripping stories and original graphics and gameplay.
This week, the Californian company has finally spoke out on its next title, codenamed Heron for now. The game will put us in the shoes of a biologist who steps out into the world to study the urban fauna, both common and fantastic. The game draws inspiration from big names such as Windosill and ICO, as well as some films like Spirited Away and even David Attenborough's documentaries.
Speaking of graphics and art style, the studio cites early animators such as Winsor McCay and Walt Disney as its inspiration. Giant Sparrow will tell us more about the game on social networks when the game is ready.
