The PlayStation Stars program will go through major changes in March 2025
, by Thibaut
PlayStation Stars is a loyalty program that allows users to accumulate points by buying something on the PlayStation Store and completing certain quests. These points can then be spent on some rewards.
From the 1st of March 2025, paying a subscription via Sony's online store will no longer award PlayStation Stars points. For example, subscribing or renewing to PlayStation Plus will no longer award anything.
Also, as of October 24, PlayStation Stars points will expire just over a year after being earned, rather than two years as was previously the case.
