Today we need to talk about AMD and the Ryzen Z2 APUs which, according to the latest rumors, could come in three different models: a Ryzen Z2 Extreme with 12 RDNA 3.5 compute units, a Ryzen Z2 with RDNA 3 and a Z2G with RDNA 2.
Next year, the company is due to launch this new series dedicated to portable gaming consoles, succeeding the Ryzen Z1, already well established on the market, known for powering the ROG Ally and Legion Go. We're also told that a fourth model was initially planned, but has already been cancelled internally.
