The bosses for Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered get shown before release

After announcing the game last month, Aspyr is back to show a bit of gameplay from Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered.

This time, it's the bosses of both entries that are in the spotlight, and you can compare their new appearance to that of the original games.

Thanks to the PlayStation Blog, we learn that this new version of the game has added a map and a compass to help players find their way, as well as some environmental clues. Don't fret over it, you can deactivate them at will.

It should also be noted that Kain's models in Soul Reaver and Soul Reaver 2 have been completely redone as to avoid texture problems. The character now has a consistent appearance across the two adventures. Finally, the bosses have also seen an extensive rework, mainly in terms of their faces.
