Keyword Studios has acquired support studio Certain Affinity

Certain Affinity, a name linked to blockbusters such as Hogwarts Legacy, Halo and Call of Duty, is the last in the long list of studios being acquired.
The American company is now owned by Keyword Studios. This company already bought Wushu Studios last August. The price hasn't been disclosed just yet. The transaction is initially being carried out in cash, with further payments to be made depending on the studio's performance.
In March 2024, Certain Affinity was affected by layoffs.
