Dino Crisis cannot be purchased separately and requires a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription

This week, Capcom added the first Dino Crisis to the PlayStation Plus catalog of classic games. This is only for the Premium tier subs, whose annual suscription goes for €151.99.
While many of these classic ttiles can be purchased separately by players who don't sub to the service, this isn't the case for Dino Crisis. Many users have complained about it on social networks.
As of now, you need an active suscription to PlayStation Plus Premium to enjoy Dino Crisis.
