Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard King just celebrated its first anniversary. It's fair to say that this decision wasn't one without detractors, and some gamers decided to take the American giant to court.
In the end, it would appear that the two parties have reached an out-of-court settlement. The lawsuit has thus been dismissed "with prejudice", which means that it can't be re-litigated.
