The former head of Mario + Rabbids founds a new studio

Last July, Davide Soliani announced he was leaving Ubisoft after 25 years working for the French company. As it was to be expected, the director of the two Mario + Rabbids game has founded his own studio.
The company is called Day 4 Night, and has already got some funds thanks to a partnership with Krafton. He is not alone, though, as he has partnered with former Ubisoft Milan devs, as well as Christian Cantamessa, who was lead designer on Red Dead Redemption.
Day 4 Night is working on a new IP.
