Everything is back to normal on the PlayStation Network front. There may remain some problems, but you can connect, play online or make purchases via PlayStation Store.

The PlayStation Network is going through quite some trouble at the time of writing. Many can't access any online services on PS4 and PS5.
It's impossible to play online, access your PSN account, the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Video. As of now, we don't know what's exactly causing these problems, or when they will be solved.
