Nexon's US branch lays off part of its staff

South Korea's Nexon has sadly not been spared from the wave of redundacies going on at the industry. This week, it has laid off part of its staff within the American division, though we still don't know how many.
In a press release, the company states that the redundancies only affect a "small" number of employees, and that is has been done in order to support a reorganization plan that will allow "the establishment of the Western Development Group here in Los Angeles".
The main objective of this is to also put in place a long-term plan for the growth of Nexon's portfolio of IPs.
