Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is supposed to land on Xbox Series and PC on November 19. Of course, the game will be included in Game Pass Ultimate.
Pre-orders are open now, with several editions available. The “Standard” includes 70 devices and 150 airports. The “Deluxe” edition will include 10 aircraft and five additional airports. Meanwhile, the “Premium” edition will offer a further 15 aircraft, bringing the total to 95. Moreso, the “Aviator” edition includes 30 aircraft from the Microsoft Flight Simulator store (2020).
In any case, this new game will feature a realistic representation of the Earth called the "digital twin". The developers promise even more detail on the ground, real-time global maritime traffic, heliports, oil rigs and dozens more animal species.
It will be possible to work in a number of professions via an extremely comprehensive career mode, and to unlock several specializations too. Last but not least, the game will have an extensive use of the cloud, allowing players to download just 30 GB of data relating to the high-definition zones required for the flight plan.
