The next State of Play is almost certain to take place on September 24

PlayStation has a long road ahead if they want to win back the hearts of its fans after the controversial announcement of the PS5 Pro. The Japanese giant could very well try to redeem itself with some announcements.
According to journalist and insider Jeff Grubb, it's now "almost certain that [the State of Play] it will take place on September 24". It's hard to say what might be shown, but we could see Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered there.
Grubb also claims to have heard of an "less exciting" remaster than Guerrilla Games' one.
