The development of the Silent Hill 2 remake is reportedly almost complete

Announced by Konami last October, this new edition of the iconic Silent Hill 2 still has no release date or window. But according to Piotr Babieno, the CEO of the Bloober Team studio in charge of the project, we shouldn't have to wait too long before we get the chance to (re)discover this great classic.

Indeed, Babieno stated that "Silent Hill 2 is technically ready". He adds that "that doesn't mean the game is finished, but we're approaching the end". It will then be up to Konami to choose the launch period for the marketing campaign. In any case, the release date is likely not so far away.
