Meta Quest 3S leaks reveal lack of 3.5 mm input and battery capacity
, by Quentin
Meta's next VR headset, the Quest 3S, has fallen victim of some leaks.
Among the new images here, we note the lack of a 3.55 mm audio input, as well as its battery capacity, which is said to be 16.7 Wh. You see, the Meta Quest 3 has a battery capacity of 18.9 Wh, while the Meta Quest had a capacity of 14 Wh.
The layout of the cameras on the visor of the Meta Quest 3S has been changed. Even though it uses the same chipset as the Quest 3, it comes with the Quest 2's lenses, making it possible to sell it at a more accesible price.
