Xbox employees are confused about company strategy

This week, Microsoft Gaming made another major cut in its teams. 650 people have been fired "to organize our business for long-term success", explained Phil Spencer.
Despite his length message, the CEO of the American giant's gaming division clearly failed to convince his employees. Insider eXtas1s reports that employees are genuinely confused about the company's strategy.
"Most of the employees I've talked with are totally confused about Xbox overal strategy."
The latest departures would have even affected the teams in charge of Call of Duty and Warzone Mobile, which would not have achieved the revenue targets set. Microsoft is said to be pursuing above all to boost the number of Game Pass subs, which is stagnating.
