FromSoftware now has more than 400 employees and appears to be working on a number of projects

Over the past four years, FromSoftware has certainly grown in size. Acclaimed by its many successes with Dark Souls, Sekiro and, of course, Elden Ring, the Japanese company is growing faster than ever.
According to the studio's official website, the workforce stands now at 423, which represents a 33% increase over 2020. For almost two years now, Hidetaka Miyazaku has been teasing several projects.
We can assume that having so many employees allows FromSoftware to work on several games at the same time.
