No, GTA VI hasn't been pushed back to 2026 (yet)

Here's a little detail that has set the Internet ablaze over the weekend. An insider claimed to have heard that GTA VI had been delayed until 2026. As a source, the insider claimed to have spoken to severla Rockstar Games employees about it.

In the end, the insider has recitified, explaining that he was misled. Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier also reaffirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI is still scheduled for autumn 2025, and that his information comes this time from six devs working at the company.

However, Schreier also stresses that the sixth GTA is a very ambitious project, and that we can't rule out a future delay just yet.
