You won't need Game Pass Core in order to play Genshin Impact on the Xbox Series
, by Thibaut
The Xbox version of Genshin Impact will be available from November 20, and ahead of launch, HoyoVerse has made a number of details about its game clear.
First things first, it will only be available on Xbox Series X|S. However, Xbox One users will be able to play it via Cloud by subscribing to Game Pass Ultimate. Added to this is the fact that you won't need a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Core (formerly Xbox Live Gold) to play, as it's free-to-play title.
Finally, Game Pass Ultimate subs will get several advantages, such as bundles.
