The second season of The Last of Us may not be released until late 2024

The adaptation of The Last of Us for the small screen has been a resounding success. Indeed, the ninth and final episode gathered around 8.2 million viewers. A second season has therefore logically been confirmed... But patience will be required.

In an interview with The Jonathan Ross Show, Bella Ramsey, who plays Ellie in the series, stated that the second season will take time before arriving on our screens. The actress even estimates that we may have to wait until late 2024 or early 2025 to see the return of The Last of Us.

It should also be noted that the first season will be released on 4K Blu-ray in July.
