According to Amazon, development of the next Tomb Raider is going well

Tomb Raider fans are chomping at the bits for news about the next game, still by Crystal Dynamics. And since Amazon Games is paying for the project, it's the American company that's giving the news about it.

Christoph Hartmann, head of Amazon's gaming division, spoke with IGN about it. He began by pointing out that Crystal Dynamics hasn't been that affected by all the problems surrounding Embracer.

Hartmann stated that Crystal Dynamics is "fairly sheltered from everything going on with Embracer", and went to talk about the game's development.

"I mean, doing a new Tomb Raider, the bar is so high. The longer you go, the expectation goes higher, so it's a huge, huge task, but things are progressing."

He ended by saying that there are "some really great ideas" in the game, but didn't give any details about it.
