, by Quentin
This rumor comes straight from insider Hoang Anh Phu on the X social network. According to him, AMD is about to launch a new processor in the Ryzen 7000 Series X3D range, which means that it comes with 3D V-Cache.
This would be the Ryzen 7600X3D, scheduled for release in early September, so it's just a few days away. However, Hoang Anh Phu hasn't said anything regarding the processor's technical specifications. In any case, we'll just have to wait a little longer to see if there's any truth to this rumor.
