The European Commission delays its decision on Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard

The ongoing saga of Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard is not yet over. The European Commission will rule in favor of or against the acquisition no later than May 22, 2023, instead of the initially announced date of April 25. The additional time will allow the European regulator to examine Microsoft's latest commitments.
