Techland has registered the trademark Dying Light: The Beast

Something Dying Light-related could be coming soon. On August 12, Techland filed a new trademark with the USPTO.
It's Dying Light: The Beast, and for the moment, we don't know exactly what's about. It could very well be a new game, DLC or nothing concrete though. In any case, if this is indeed a new title, it may be several years out.
