Microsoft was keen on closing Tango Gameworks, but the studio was finally bought and saved at the last minute. We owe this to Krafton, the publisher behind PUBG.
Shinji Mikami, the founder of Tango who left the company back in February 2023, celebrated this excellent news with a message on social networks.
"I'm happy to hear Tango's teams have found a new publisher to take them in."
