Santa Monica Studio is working on a new IP

In 2022, Santa Monica Studio brought us the excellent God of War Ragnarök. Meanwhile, a second team lead b y Cory Barlog worked on another project.
According to the LinkedIn profiel of Glauco Longhi, a character supervisor at Santa Monica Studio, there's a brand-new license in the works. Longhi is in charge of character development for the game, which remains a mystery for the time being.
This is Santa Monica's first new license in over 20 years. Back in February 2014, Sony cancelled Internal-7, an original sci-fi franchise dreamed up by the studio, following the poor reception of God of War Ascension.
