When it was first released on the GameCube, the fourth installment of the saga offered an optional game mode that allowed players to play as Ada Wong. Called "Separate Ways", this mode is expected to make a comeback in the remake. Insider Dusk Golem has stated that "Separate Ways" will return in a "longer and more elaborate format".
