Former Piranha Bytes devs have founded a new studio

This Monday, we learned that Piranha Bytes, the studio behind the Gothic, ELEX and Risen IPs had closed its doors last month. However, it seems some of the devs have bounced back already!
Jennifer and Bjorn Pankratz have announced that they have founded Pithead Studio with a video. It seems the company will focus on indie games.
The studio's two founders plan to release one video each weeek to answer questions from the community.
