Are NFTs coming soon to Pokémon games?

The Pokémon Company is currently recruiting a "Corporate Development Principal." The goal of this person will be to advise the president and their teams on the company's long-term strategic direction. But the person who gets the job will also have another mission.

Indeed, the job offer states that the candidate must have "in-depth knowledge and understanding of Web 3, which includes blockchain technology, NFTs, and/or the metaverse." So, we can assume that in the near future, some Pokémon games will use these much-criticized elements.
