Konami is aware of fans' enthusiasm for Castlevania

After reviving Silent Hill by partnering with several external studios, Konami may be considering resurrecting Castlevania. In an interview with IGN for the release of the Dead Cells DLC Return to Castlevania, producer Tsutomu Taniguchi stated that the buzz surrounding the franchise "is very motivating for Konami."

Taniguchi also acknowledged that *"fans still want more, and that's also the case for us." In 2021, rumors were already circulating about a potential Castlevania reboot.
