Take-Two officially owns Gearbox Entertainment now

It's official: just over two months after the deal was announced, Take-Two now owns Gearbox Entertainment. Embracer Group has finalized the deal for the company.
Here's a quick press release regarding all of this:
"On 28 March 2024, Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) entered into an agreement to divest Gearbox Entertainment to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. All conditions for the transaction have now been fulfilled, and the transaction has been closed today."
As part of the agreement, Embracer got $460 million in stock from Take-Two Interactive.
