Assassin's Creed Shadows map will be similar in size to Egypt in Assassin's Creed Origins

Following the presentation of Assassin's Creed Shadows at Ubisoft Forward, the game's game director, Simon Lemay-Comtois, spoke to the press about the game.

He explained that the size of the map will be roughly similar to that of Assassin's Creed Origins, so a little smaller than Valhalla in terms of territory.

He went on to describe the landscapes we'll traverse, which will be much more mountainous than other countries, with a few charming lakes and temples thrown in for good measure. It's sure to be a delight to play when the game comes out.
