An insider has leaked the different configurations of the RTX 50 Blackwell GPUs

Kopite7kimi, an insider well known for being quite reliable when it comes to technology, offers us a new look at NVIDIA's RTX 50 Blackwell. He has just provided a list of the next five GB20X processors and their specifications.

The GB202 is expected to feature 12 GPCs, as well as a total of 192 SMs. NVIDIA is also expected to use a 512-bit memory bus.

The GB203 features a different configuration, with a total of 84 multiprocessors and a 256-bit memory bus. The big news here is the support for GDDR7 memory.

For the GB205, we'll have a total of 50 SMs and a 192-bit memory bus. Meanwhile, the GB206 and GB207 will have a 128-bit memory bus. However, the GB207 will only support GDDR6 compared with the others.

The RTX 50s Blackwell are scheduled for launch in early 2025, although they could be announced very well this year.
