Indie games publisher New Blood Interactive gives message of support to all fired developers
, by Thibaut
Just before Summer Game Fest, New Blood Interactive, a publisher specializing in independent games, pulled off a communications coup that didn't go unnoticed.
The company responsible for Dusk and Ultrakill reserved a billboard to broadcast a message to the video game industry, paying tribute to recently closed studios such as Tango Gameworks, Arkane Austin and even London Studio.
The message reads "We love you. We miss you. We hate money.”. A strong message at a time when more than 10,200 developers have already been fired just in 2024 alone.
