This Summer Game Fest will focus on upcoming games this year, says Geoff Keighley
, by Quentin
It seems that Summer Game Fest producer and host Geoff Keighley is trying to temper expectations for his live event this week.
He explains that the event will focus largely on previously announced games scheduled for release this year. For him, the Game Awards are generally reserved for big surprises and new announcements, whereas the Summer Game Fest live event is more rooted in what's to come soon.
In any case, we'd like to remind you that the show kicks off on June 7 at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm GMT and will last around two hours.
