FIFA President confirms development of new football simulation

Earlier in the week, we reported on rumors about a new FIFA by 2K Games. Today, this info has gained a little more traction thanks to a statement by Gianni Infantino, President of the International Federation of Association Football.
He confirmed that the game's development has been entrusted to new partners, and believes it will be the "best ” on the market when it comes out. Infantino was also quick to take a swipe at Electronic Arts, as the publisher abandoned the FIFA license and renamed it EA Sports FC.
"When they [the children] play football simulation game, they play FIFA. It cannot be named something else."
