Singularity 6 (Palia) has fired 36 people
, by Thibaut
Things don't look so good for Singularity 6 Corporation. Last month, the studio responsible for free-to-play Palia already announced the layoff of 49 people. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough.
Polygon journalist Nicole Carpenter reports that a further 36 employees are leaving the company. The developer has issued a statement about this.
"Unfortunately we have had to restructure and reduce the size of our team as we stay focused on supporting Palia and serving our community long term. We had to let 36 of our colleagues go yesterday, in an effort to navigate this tough economic period.“
