Microsoft announces the Xbox Proteus Controller, an accessibility-oriented peripheral priced at $299
, by Quentin
Microsoft has lifted the veil on a brand new controller for its Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC consoles: the Xbox Proteus.
This is no ordinary controller, but rather one focused on accessibility, just like Sony's PS5 Access Controller. The Proteus Controller is made up of several modules that fit together to adopt the most comfortable shape for the user, according to their needs. However, it's important to point out that it won't be compatible with PlayStation or Nintendo Switch.
The Xbox Proteus Controller will launch this fall at a price of $299. What's more, those who pre-order the controller will get a 15% discount off the recommended retail price.
