Ubisoft has cancelled The Division Heartland

Just a month ago, Ubisoft stated that, despite a very long silence on the subject, The Division Heartland wasn't cancelled. All we knew then was that there were some major changes during development.

Sadly, it seems the French publisher has changed its mind. This free-to-play game has been cancelled and development is no longer.

"Our priority now is to support the talented team members at our Red Storm Entertainment studio, who will be transitioning to new projects within our company, including XDefiant and Rainbow Six".

It seems no redundancies will come from this decision.
