Xbox users will soon get to preload game updates
, by Thibaut
Members of the Xbox Insider Alpha program now get access to a quite the feature. It's been rolled out this week and allows a game update to be preloaded before it's launched.
Once available officially, the patch just needs to be installed, as it has already been downloaded. This is already the case on PS5.
This will only be available at first for Sea of Thieves.
