Thermaltake details the GR500 cockpit for racing sims

Thermaltake has given more details on the GR500 racing sim cockpit. It has been designed with racing enthusasts seeking an immersive experience in mind, and features a fiberglass bucket seat guaranteeing premium comfort. It can be reclined forwards or backwards so that everyone can find the ideal driving position, even during long gaming sessions.

The GR500 comes with RGB lightning strips offering up to 20 different effects than can react dinamically to sound. Also, it offers universal hardware compatibility, accommodating shifters, pedals and steering wheels from brands such as Logitech, Fanatec, Thrustmasters, and so on.

The GR500's Triple Racing bracket - sold separately - allows for up to three 32" monitors, supporting VESA standards 5 x 75 mm, 100 x 100 mm, 200 x 100 mm, and 200 x 200 mm.

And for those who cannot get enough immersion, the cockpit is compatible with the Meta Quest 3. Sadly, we'll have to wait a little more to learn about its release date and price.
